Engine 1402 responds first due on all calls in our district and mutual aid stations (with the exception of EMS calls and brush fires).  Engine 1402 has seating for 8 personnel belted with 5 air pack seats.  It also carries a full complement of hose and fire fighting equipment including: Scott 4500 psi air packs, positive pressure ventilation fan, Cutters Edge vent saw, forcible entry tools, Hazardous material spill kit, EMS bags and defibulator unit, lighting equipment, swift water throw bags, rope equipment, high-rise hose packs, oil dry, GPS unit for landing medical helicopters, 1-28’ground ladder, 16’ roof ladder, 10’ attic ladder and a assortment of valves and adapters.
